After 8 exciting races in cold but reasonably strong wind conditions, Kyle Klaas and Robert von Gruenewaldt proved too quick to catch at this years Nationals held at Henley Midmar.

Racing throughout the fleet was competitive and several races within the race were evident, with one boat capsizing on the committee boat in an effort to pip their competitors to the finish.

The 505 class wishes to thank Henley Midmar Yacht Club for hosting this well run event, and our race officer Hemraj for getting in 8 good races in spite of the fluky wind conditions early on.
