Dear International & National Presidents and Secretaries of The 505 Class,
On behalf of the C.C. Roggero di Lauria, we are delighted to inform you that we are almost four months away from the start of the 505 World Championship 2008 in Palermo, Italy. We have appointed a Communications Secretary, Courtney Mangone. She is an English-speaking American based here in Palermo, Italy. You are welcome to contact her with any questions or needs by telephone at +39.331.590.2564or by email at 505worldchampionship2008@live.com. She is located in the time zone of CEST (Central European Summer Time).
We kindly request your help in collecting information about the 505 World Championship 2008 participants from your country, including:
1. Arrival and departure dates and times for each participant 2. Whether each participant has confirmed accommodations and, if yes, the address of the accommodations 3. Whether or not each participant plans to rent an automobile or other mode of transportation.
4. Total number of persons (including partners/spouses/children) in each participant's party
This information is necessary as we coordinate the event and hospitality logistics. Please email this information as soon as possible to Courtney Mangone at 505worldchampionship2008@live.com.
